**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Create and maintain customer job files, shipping records, and signed delivery tickets.
+ Schedule and dispatch personnel, equipment, and service vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer specifications or need.
+ Learn the products produced at the plant, including product codes, billing, and receiving systems.
+ Distribute loading instructions to drivers and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
+ Maintain strong communication with customers and the Heidelberg Materials team to create a safe, productive working environment.
+ Participate in other duties or special projects as assigned.
+ The Shift will be 7PM-4:30AM

**Essential Experience and Skills**
+ High School diploma or equivalent.
+ Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
+ Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office products.
+ Ability to work both independently and within a team.
+ Flexibility to adjust to changing company or customer needs, with dependable and consistent attendance.
+ Bilingual a plus.
**Work Environment**
+ Office setting within a plant or quarry environment.
+ Interaction with drivers, plant personnel, and customers.
+ Fast-paced and dynamic work conditions.
**Physical Demands of the Job**
+ Ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer.
+ Occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
+ May need to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
+ Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including exposure to loud noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.
