Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join Oaks Gladstone as Night Guest Service Agent on a part time basis. 

Key Responsibilities include:

Conduct guest arrivals and departuresConfidently provide personalised, proactive guest serviceProvide outstanding guest experiences by demonstrating a commitment to service excellence and maintaining standardsMaintain professional, open and honest communication to assist guests and make accurate bookingsEnsure that all daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely mannerMaintain accurate guest accounts, adhering to strict confidentiality policies and proceduresEnsure guest queries and complaints are handled efficiently and effectively

QualificationsPrevious hotel front office/reception experienceA commitment and passion for delivering exceptional, pro-active customer service;Strong computer skills/knowledge, training will be provided for reservations system;Professional interpersonal and communication skills;A high standard of personal presentationAbility to lead and motivate a high preforming teamAvailability to work 10pm - 6am on a rotating roster (Part Time minimum 22.5hrs per week with a Rotating 4 on 4 off lifestyle roster)
