It is the only 5\-star hotel in Adelaide able to host 500 delegates to meet, eat and sleep, all under one roof\. **What You'll be doing** + Ensure the maintenance of professional financial standards throughout the hotel + Undertake a review of end\-of\-day takings against logged reports + Edit all reports to ensure accuracy and full completion + Investigate any anomalies found between daily reports and takings + Assist the Night Manager in emergency situations + Complete any task as requested by the Night Manager / Asst\.
