As a key member of our Front Office team, you will serve as our guests' personal point of contact during nightly operating hours, from arrival to departure. As a representative of our hotel and the Anantara brand, you will leave one of the strongest impressions on our guests, all with the utmost courtesy, efficiency and friendliness. Your main tasks are monitoring nightly arrivals, conducting the night audit, preparing required reports and billing the guest at the end of their stay.
