**What You'll Be Doing:**

**What We’re Looking For:**
+ Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a big plus.
+ Educational Background: A high school diploma or GED is required, though a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
+ Experience: 2-5 years of supervisory experience in custodial or facilities services, with a track record of managing at least 40 employees.
+ Environment: experience working in a campus environment, servicing multiple sites
+ Skills: Excellent communication, resilience under pressure, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
+ Technical Know-How: Strong digital literacy, especially with Microsoft Office, and a valid Driver’s License.
+ Live in or able to relocate to Stillwater, OK. Relocation assistance available!
