▪ Participation in all components of the nGap development programme during the first six (6) years of employment
▪ Teach subjects at Diploma, Advanced Diploma as required in the programme. (Visual Communication Design, Media Innovation for Visual Communication Design, Visualisation and History and Theory of Design
▪ Perform appropriate academic and administrative duties in the department.
▪ Participate in curriculum development.
▪ Perform student assessment.
▪ Participate in research activities.
▪ Participate in the Quality Assurance activities of the Department.
▪ Participate in work integrated learning and student visitations.
▪ Develop and maintain linkages with industry, professional bodies and local and international institutions of higher education.
▪ Assist with marketing and recruitment activities.
▪ Perform other functions as may be assigned by the Head of Department
