Credence Management Solutions, LLC., is seeking multiple Total Life-cycle Acquisition Management Support Leads and SMEs who will be primarily responsible for supporting The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) CLOVER program offices located in Springfield, VA Ft. Belvoir and Arnold, Missouri, St. Louis MO.  The successful Subject Matter Experts will be responsible for supporting all contract and subcontract activities related to performance, complying with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and supplements from the DoD, IC, and Agency. Develop policies and procedures for standardizing and expediting NGA acquisitions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

 

The Total Lifecycle Acquisition Management Support Leads and SME will coordinate and maintain regular communication with key stakeholders at the COR and Government PM office.Must be capable of driving regular and consistent communication and information sharing with the team.Must be able to help with identifying and keeping the team informed of relevant contractor-related information, especially significant risks and issues and their associated resolution plans and status.Must be a Subject Matter Expert with demonstrated experience with managing proper communication, resolution plans and status briefing/reports.Must have relevant DOD and/or NGA CLOVER subject matter expertise experience managing deliverables and activities at both program and technical levels.  The Total Lifecycle Acquisition Management Support SMEs must have experience and the ability to provide guidance and assurance to the Government to support compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and supplements from the DoD, IC, and Agency. Develop policies and procedures for standardizing and expediting NGA acquisitions.The Acquisition Management SME must be able to drive and support all communications for the market acquisition policy efforts to all key stakeholders both for the internal and external customers.Must be able to assess current contracts, along with acquisition trends from other agencies’ software development and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) integration contracts, as well as identify opportunities for implementing acquisition reform principles.Must have demonstrated experience with Acquisition Planning – providing aid in the development of acquisition strategies for new and follow-on contracts. Must also ensure that the technical and programmatic basis are consistent with NGA, DoD, and IC acquisition reform and NGA architectural concepts.Must have proven capability to provide acquisition assistance to engineering review boards and configuration management boards, including Request for Change (RFC) preparation, technical review, and coordination.Must provide the NGA with management services to plan, conduct, monitor, and control programs, projects, portfolios, and acquisition support Education, Requirements and Qualifications A Clearance is required: Must have a Top Secret (TS) security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) (TS/SCI).Extensive knowledge/experience in specific position duties.Total Lifecycle Acquisition Management Support Services  Financial Management Support ServicesStrategic Business Management Support Services Working Conditions and Physical Requirements May be required to travel within the organizational geographic area of responsibilitySome travel may be required
