WMBB-TV has an opening for a  Newscast Producer.   We are the Nexstar-owned ABC affiliate for the Florida Panhandle, a great news market that provides opportunities to cover a large variety of stories.  We are an aggressive news operation that owns breaking news and we are not afraid to tackle the controversial stories.  Requirements & Skills:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experienceFluency in EnglishExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenMinimum two years’ experience in news operations (Depending on market size)Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipmentAbility to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyFlexibility to work any shift
