£55,000 OTE (including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission)

Lookers Audi Newcastle are recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our hard-working and friendly team. As part of our new generation of sales executives you will be responsible for the handling of all customer enquiry to the point of order.  Once agreement has been reached your own dedicated team of account managers will handle all paperwork and delivery of the vehicle alongside world class customer service. This is a new concept that allows sales executives to do what they do best and sell rather than getting bogged down by the day to day restraints of the motor trade. Joining our hard-working sales team, you will be a team player with exceptional communication skill to build rapport with colleagues and customers.

Not only will you be joining one of the top automotive retailers in the UK, but you will also be reporting to Peter Amos (General Sales Manager) who will help impact your knowledge and experience, allowing you to develop your skills and establish a strong career within the industry.

Responsibilities Communicating effectively with customers via email, telephone and in person ensuring you create a welcoming environment at all times.  Listening intently to their wants and needs and being able to suggest suitable vehicles that match their requirementsBeing able to follow our sales process, efficiently, compliantly and consistently, in line with company policy.Arranging customer test drivesNegotiating the final price for the saleCompleting point of order paperwork only for each saleCommunicating effectively with our Account Managers to ensure a perfect customer journey.Reconnecting with customers post sale via renewals and follow up calls to ensure we build lasting relationships and future custom. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated to generate their own business and be passionate about what they do. You will be expected to hit targets so being ambitious and hard-working is essential.

 

Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade would be preferred but not essential as we are always on the look-out for new/fresh talent to join our team. You will hold a full UK driving license as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market!
