About our Team

As a member of the global analytics team, we serve the Chinese market, participating in the entire process from data value assessment, data mining, and analytical modeling to product validation and implementation. Our team provides opportunities to rapidly engage with the entire auto insurance industry (including large, medium, and small companies), quickly building a comprehensive understanding of the sector. We regularly exchange and learn from our 130+ data science teams globally, actively expanding our international perspective.

About the Role

To empower LNRS to achieve profitable revenue growth and market leadership. Focused on evaluating market problems, defining the strategic plans to grow and improve our business, and on creating new capabilities that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition and new market activity.

Responsibilities

Building new products, providing leadership and own the growth strategy for new products. Understand key trends in markets and help to define how we can align with or define those trends.Defining market strategy and own operating plan for individual new productsArticulating market problems and translate internally. Review and monitor competitive landscape. Evaluate key competitors in each market vertical.Sponsoring both acquisition and partnership identification. Own execution of any partnership opportunities aligned to new product strategy. Be the primary business point of contact for any acquisition activitiesBuilding and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and industry partners. Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing recommendations based on your in-depth understanding of the industryContributing to staying abreast of industry trends and best practice. Participating and presenting at conferences


Requirements

Have market leadership experience and ability to drive each vertical market strategy, planning, and directionDemonstrate market intelligence within the sector and be able to articulate market problems and translate them internally into a strategic planManage competitive Intelligence collaboratively with internal stakeholdersDemonstrate stakeholder engagement with internal colleagues, clients, and industry partnersBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Extensive experience in strategy development and market planning within the insurance industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic initiatives.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
