Job title: New Product Launch Director, Specialty Care US

Location: Cambridge, MA

About the Job

Sanofi is an emerging leader in immunology, poised to transform medicine by rebalancing the immune responses that cause systemic, chronic diseases. We’re building on the success of Dupixent® in atopic dermatitis and asthma and developing new solutions for people with debilitating immuno-dermatological, rheumatic, respiratory, and gastrointestinal diseases.

Sanofi is on an ambitious transformation journey to become the world’s leading immunology biopharma. The second chapter of our Play to Win journey is about modernizing the Specialty Care North America commercial operations with a keen sense of urgency and putting in place the right preparations for our exciting pipeline.

This role will play a critical part in establishing our commercial success in developing and launching future blockbuster immunology products in the US.

The incumbent will be a skilled marketer with knowledge of the US healthcare system that will be relied upon to inform go-to-market launch planning to include, but not limited to, disease state awareness campaigns and branded / unbranded market shaping activities. In addition, the candidate will engage with healthcare providers (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs) and work with their global counterparts to develop campaigns across multiple channels and mediums.

Main Responsibilities:

Work in conjunction with global immunology teams and align with the global marketing and other cross-functional partners to prepare the market for upcoming immunology launches.

Serve as US commercial lead to develop and implement US strategy and roadmap for new product launches in non-alliance immunology inclusive of multiple assets for Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS), rheumatology (e.g., Rilza's IgG4 indication) and Lunsekimig for respiratory indications. Each opportunity with the potential for blockbuster status.

Inform the key aspects of the go-to-market approach for each asset that considers the end to end needs of commercialization from the time the launch product leaves Sanofi’s 3PL until it is delivered to the intended patient.

Identify critical success factors for launch and develop relevant engagement plans with key customers and stakeholders.

Generate key insights and develop strategic recommendations to advance market recognition along with measuring key performance indicators.

Partner with global marketers and agencies to develop branded and un-branded campaigns and assets with a best-in-class omnichannel approach, underpinned by market analysis and competitive benchmarking to drive ROI.
