This position is in the technology department responsible for new product development of reciprocating compressors and all activities contributing to the design and development of new products, solutions and systems in the compression technology. This includes design and analysis of new products and their components as well as technical improvement of existing products and components.

In this role as a Design and Analysis Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Participating in the development of new products and improvements of existing products within compression technology, in particular reciprocating compressors.Performing the design and structural analysis of new products and their components.Creating and optimize 2D and 3D models of compressor parts to be used in FEA, manufacturability and cost analysisManaging creation of drawings of raw and machined parts for further evaluation or manufacturingAdhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements.Executing and evaluating the development of the assigned projects according to program schedule and quality.Working in cross-functional and global teams to learn, execute and deliver the results of the work.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar technology background.Be open to develop deep knowledge of compression technology, mainly reciprocating compressors.Have working experience of mechanical components 2D/3D modelling and drafting - have working knowledge of tools such as NX and Ansys.Have working experience in structural analysis of mechanical components (ex. basics of Finite Elements Analysis).Need to be able to speak and write in English.Have good communication skills with proactive and positive attitude.Be willing to undertake new challenges and cooperate with the global team.This role is based on site in Warsaw with only 1 or 2 days home office only
