New Graduate Nurse Residency Program Spring Cohort
**Job Description:** The Nursing Graduate works under direct line-of-sight supervision of the Registered Nurse in the clinical setting and participates appropriately in the patient care delivery process. The incumbent also orients to the RN assignment, excluding independent nursing care. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require: + ASN / ADN or BSN from an accredited program, required (if ASN / ADN, a BSN is required within four (4) years of your hire) + Current Colorado RN license, required (upon start of the program) + Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association, required **Preferred** **Qualifications** + To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
