New Development On-Site Real Estate Administrator

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented New Development On-Site Real Estate Administrator to join our team representing a luxury new development building in Gramercy. Based in a beautiful sales gallery, you’ll be the first friendly face welcoming clients and guests and play an integral role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for this high-profile new development, Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with great interpersonal skills, a passion for real estate, and an interest in exploring a dynamic and fast-paced industry!

The Role

Gain hands-on experience in real estate, customer service, and administrative operations. Collaborate closely with an experienced sales team to provide exceptional service in a high-profile luxury real estate setting.  Available to work Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor. Coordinate tours and ensure a seamless guest experience. Answer and direct inquiries (in-person, via email, or phone), provide helpful and prompt follow-up, and schedule appointments. Maintain an accurate and organized customer database to support the sales process. Oversee operational needs, including coordinating flower deliveries, IT service, , and housekeeping, to keep the sales gallery looking impeccable. Assist the sales team, project managers, and developer with administrative tasks and communication. Provide general support for the Sales Director and sales team as needed.

What We're Looking For:

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience Licensed Associate Real Estate Salesperson preferred Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, retail, event planning, or office administration is a plus A friendly, professional attitude with excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—you love keeping things on track A proactive, self-starting approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic work environment. Reliability and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information. Available Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM. Compensation: The base pay range for this position is $26 - $28/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
