We are looking for a New Business Onboarding Specialist to act as the liaison between our Sales and Marketing teams in onboarding new business prospects and clients.  

A day in the life.

Thorough knowledge of entering New Business in Sagitta and Image Right file setup and managementReview current policies to determine coverage analysis based on client exposures and identify any gaps in coverageWork with Sales and Client/Prospect to obtain all information required to prepare New Business submissionPrepare AOR letters and New Business submission for MarketingWork with Marketing through quoting process and field all underwriting questions and information requestsUtilize Indio for Supplemental Apps when requestedPrepare Proposal for Sales to present to ProspectProvide binding instructions and all required signed binding documents to MarketingUpdate Sagitta with bound coverage informationPrepare Summary of Bound CoverageInvoice all bound lines of coverage in SagittaCreate Tasks in IR for any follow up items and Policy ReceiptFacilitate a transition meeting with BI Service TeamAll other duties as assigned and required to fulfill the responsibilities of the role

­Currently Florida 2-20 LicenseSolid technical insurance knowledge and background of business insurance coverageExtensive understanding of all software products and agency resources necessary for the efficient management of client informationAdvanced working knowledge of Sagitta and Image Right and ability to maintain and organize all correspondence in the company document management systemExcellent organizational skills with high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environmentPossess skills necessary to communicate with clients, carriers and prospects concerning commercial lines of coverageHigh self-motivation with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse backgrounds. Excellent communication and negotiation skills Effective team member who proactively assists all other members of this teamAbility to always maintain a professional manner Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
