Job DescriptionTo implement fit-for-purpose vehicle and asset finance solutions in alignment with PPB, CIB, Wealth, VAF and country objectives in order to aggressively grow the client base and deliver on its financial and non-financial requirements.
To drive the operational integration of strategic sales directives for Vehicle and Asset Finance (VAF) in the Personal and Private Banking segment. This position will support the VAF New Business Sales Team, Branch Network, Personal and Private Banking as well as the Dealer network with optimal achievement of business attraction, retention, and expansion targets. To execute the sales plan and strategy for the PPB VAF Segment. Responsible for the leadership, growth and development of the VAF Sales and Personal and Private Banking teams.
QualificationsBachelor of Commerce Degree. A Driver’s License is non-negotiable. Additional InformationExperience:
5-7 years: Experience in managing a sales team, in financial management which includes, budgeting, financial assessments exposure to Credit, account management and Retail Banking. Experience in data analysis, portfolio management and knowledge of all asset products (i.e. Personal loans, Credit Card, VAF and Home Loans).
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage regulatory compliance i.e. Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS), Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA), National Credit Act (NCA), as well as any other relevant legislation.Drive awareness of the VAF Sales strategy in the various regions with all branches and segments.Optimise revenue streams and focuses market efforts to maximise profitability.Drive a culture of service excellence through the dealer network.Identify changes, risks and opportunities in the market, in order to make inform decisions and develop sales plans as well as to remain relevant and competitive in the market.Behavioral Competencies:
