Job Description

Publicis Media UK is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate Director to join our high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support pitches across Spark Foundry, Starcom, and Zenith.Manage the end-to-end delivery of RFIs and RFPs.Develop pitch collateral, case studies, and credentials.Support pitch teams in production, workshops, research, data logistics, and rehearsals.Elevate strategic propositions and support pitch leads in crafting compelling brand stories.Mentor New Business Executives and Managers to ensure top-notch pitch management.Drive best practices and knowledge sharing within the team.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in new business within advertisingStrong communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent project management skills with a keen eye for detail.Ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict deadlines.A solid understanding of the marketing, communications, and media landscape.Proven creativity and innovative thinking.
