Networking Engineer / Security Support | Juniper Networks 🔹/ Hybrid / WFH/

We are looking for a Networking Engineer with a focus on Security Support to join our team as part of Juniper Networks' Maintenance Support Services Program. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for Juniper devices, including Routing, Switching, Security, and Network Management.

Key Responsibilities:Provide expert technical support for Juniper networking devices, including problem isolation, lab replication, solution testing, and packet capture.Analyze network traces, perform remote diagnostics, and configure devices remotely to resolve service requests.Collaborate with team members to mentor junior engineers, ensuring continuous learning and knowledge sharing.Work closely with management teams on critical escalations and complex scenarios, providing timely solutions and strategic insights.Contribute to the enhancement of the knowledge base, improving internal processes and documentation for ongoing support.Required Qualifications:CCNA certification (updated to version 7).Advanced English proficiency (90% or higher).CCNP-level knowledge and experience in network security, routing, and switching (1-2 years of hands-on experience).Strong understanding of network security, including firewalls and best practices for securing network infrastructure.Ability to work remotely.High School Diploma (or equivalent).Why Juniper Networks?Career Advancement: Be part of a company that fosters professional growth and continuous learning.Innovative Environment: Join a forward-thinking team at the cutting edge of networking and cybersecurity technologies.Impactful Work: Contribute to solutions that shape the future of networking and security across industries.
