Deskside support technician works with a team to monitor and maintain the company's information systems. Troubleshoots network systems when necessary and makes improvements. Will also work directly with customers in person, via phone, ticketing system, and email. Additional requirements include maintaining all hardware, including desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations and desktop printers. Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of all Windows OS. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. High School diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree preferred. At least 1 year of experience in the field or related area.
