We recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply. **Job Summary** Battelle’s Defense & Material Solutions business line is seeking a **Network Systems Analyst** with experience integrating naval systems into the Joint Mission Environment Testing Capability’s (JMETC). This position is contingent on program award. As a Network Systems Analyst you will lead the planning, design, evaluation and accreditation of naval combat systems and networks in support of the Test Resource Management Center’s (TRMC) agile test & evaluation architecture & infrastructure. You will be responsible for resolving highly complex inter-operability problems across Joint Test & Experimentation Networks (JTEN), Defense Research & Experimentation Network (DREN), and Secure DREN (S-DREN) networks in support of distributed interactive simulation with Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) participants for critical test & evaluation events. The desired position location is client site in **Alexandria, VA** or from other Battelle and Client Offices within the United States. **Responsibilities** + Designs, configures, establishes, and baselines connectivity solutions for maritime test event customers. + Provides secure distributed testbeds to support unconstrained cyber activities and user access to enterprise resources at multiple classifications. + Ability to segregate data streams by protocol, system, event, and community of interest. + Proposes and implements systems enhancements that will improve the performance, interoperability, and reliability of the JSN and JMN for naval combat systems. + Provides expert day-to-day systems analysis and support for monitoring, troubleshooting, configuring, reporting, implementing, installing, and upgrading core infrastructure hardware and software in support of JMETC maritime test events. + Provide User Support to ensuring JMETC sites have the knowledge, skills, abilities, and site-specific examples to address naval combat systems test resource interoperability issues + Provides expert technical consulting and support for complex problems in creative and effective ways by analyzing existing programs and new systems to manage, optimize and troubleshoot network connectivity + Assess legacy maritime ranges and capabilities and evaluate the requirements to add them to JMETC. **Key Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems; ten years of experience; or a master’s degree in computer science and 3 years of experience. + CompTIA Security+ Certification + Previous experience with JMETC, JSN, JMN, + Previous experience with DREN/S-DREN, and Test & Training Enabling Architecture (TENA) + Active TS-SCI Clearance with ability to obtain SI/TK/G/HCS Controls and Special Access Programs and Special Access Required (SAP/SAR) + Must be a sole US Citizen **Preferred Qualifications** + Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). + Cisco Certified Network Administrator + Experience with the Aegis Weapons System + Experience with GCCS-M & CDLMS **WORK ENVIRONMENT:** Battelle has been trusted by elite government clients to solve some of the world’s hardest security problems.
