Network Support Technician

Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Network Support Technician to join our dynamic support team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a call environment and will be proficient in handling basic networking issues, ticketing systems, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide technical support through phone and email, addressing and resolving a variety of issues related to networking and payment systems.
+ Manage incoming calls (20-30 per shift) and respond to email tickets, with a focus on customer service and timely resolution.
+ Troubleshoot basic networking issues, including but not limited to IP addresses, DNS configurations, and subnet masks.
+ Assist with Active Directory tasks such as password resets and user account management.
+ Resolve common payment issues, refunds, and online order inquiries.
+ Address printer issues in restaurant environments, including troubleshooting terminals and related equipment.
+ Collaborate directly with store employees to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.
+ Document all interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a call center environment.
Familiarity with Freshworks or similar ticketing systems.
Basic understanding of networking principles (IP addresses, DNS, subnet masks).
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
