Dine Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Network Services Manager for a potential contract award working from Arlington, VA. *This position will be contingent upon contract award expected April 2025*
Job Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for ARNG NCR IT services and support such as Campus Area Network (CAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) operationsLeverage technology advancements to increase the performance, security, and efficiency of ARNG NCR IT servicesImprove customer service and internal efficiency by emphasizing proactive system management using ITIL processesEstablishes and implements standards for computer operations for compatibility between hardware and software, according to specifications and parametersPerform system monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systemsProvides technical support for system usersOther duties as assigned Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant IT/Business/Cyber/Engineering fieldActive Top Secret clearance required Minimum of five years of experience operating and maintaining network services for COOP sitesMinimum of five years of experience managing network services for a similar network to that of the current ARNG NCR environmentInformation Assurance Technical (IAT) Level III or IAM Level III CertifiedITIL Foundation Level CertificationDiné Development Corporation (DDC) is a Navajo Nation owned family of companies that delivers IT, professional, and environmental solutions to advance the missions of federal, state, and tribal government agencies.
