Description Our client, an innovative healthcare startup, is looking for a Network Administrator to manage and enhance their Cisco Meraki and Cisco Call Manager environments, ensuring secure, reliable network connectivity. Familiarity with Zscaler is preferred to further fortify network security. Responsibilities: + Perform continuous monitoring, maintenance, and updates to ensure optimal network performance, reliability, and security. + Configure and deploy network hardware, software, and security systems, including routers, switches, and firewalls, primarily using Cisco Meraki and CUCM. + Identify and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime, including diagnosing connectivity, performance, and security problems + Maintain comprehensive network documentation, including configurations, processes, and incident logs; generate regular reports on network health and performance. + Work with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure needs, assist with IT projects, and provide technical support for network-related inquiries. + Maintain network diagrams, configurations, and troubleshooting protocols. Requirements Qualifications: + 5+ years of hands-on network administration, preferably within healthcare environments. + Advanced configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting for network performance optimization. + VoIP management, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting for unified communications. + Skilled in deploying Zscaler for secure internet access and threat protection. + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred not required).
