Requirements + At least 7 years of supervisory experience. + College degree in IT or related field. + Advanced IT helpdesk, Server, and Networking knowledge (Routers, Switches, and Firewalls). + Moderate mechanical and electrical knowledge. + At least 5 years of customer/client relations experience. + At least 3 years of implementing and following IT security controls procedures.  Responsibilities + Supervises security contractors and NOC Technicians + Client relations + Cooling and equipment monitoring + Operational support + Onsite and offsite equipment monitoring + On call for emergencies + Performs other duties as assigned by the Data manager.
