EBeam’s mission encapsulates its role as the “eyes” of KLA’s product line, providing timely information on defects and critical locations on the wafer at the highest spatial resolution possible. Customers use EBeam products alongside KLA patterned and bare wafer inspectors to quickly understand the nature of defects and other imperfections on product wafers and take action to correct the manufacturing process.
 

We are seeking a Network Linux Engineer with a validated background in network architecture and management. In this role, you will Support the Infrastructure Architecture Teams as we bring an HPC from Infancy to Enterprise through Digital Transformation Initiatives! You will identify and assess our Developer requirements and uncover solutions, recommend, plan and drive these solutions to Production. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring various network tools. As a key member of our team, you will be crafting, implementing, and maintaining a robust and scalable network infrastructure!


Responsibilities:

Design and implement network architectures to meet business requirementsLead and maintain OpenVPN configurations for secure remote accessConfigure Nginx as a reverse proxy and load balancerImplement HAProxy for high availability and scalabilityBridge virtual networks to ensure detailed communication between segmentsDesign and deploy Kubernetes (K8s) networking configurations for containerized applicationsSolve network issues using tools like Wireshark, Tcpdump, and NetFlowCollaborate with other teams to develop and implement network-related projectsStay up-to-date with the latest Linux distributions, network technologies, and security standard processes.


Requirements:

5 years minimum of demonstrated ability with Linux-based systemsSolid grasp of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)Hands-on experience leading OpenVPN, Nginx, HAProxy, and K8sFamiliarity with bridging and virtual networksExperience with DNS/DHCP Registration services (e.g., Bind, ISC DHCP)Strong scripting skills in languages like Bash or PythonExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment


Nice-to-Have:

Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)Experience with OpenStackFamiliarity with automation tools like Ansible or SaltStackCertification in CompTIA Network+ or equivalent.

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
