Network Initiatives Relationships Lead
**About This Position:** As a Vice President of Network Initiatives within the Networks and Advocacy Team, you will contribute to the creation of strategic network initiatives, primarily focusing on enhancing commercial value for the Chase Consumer & Community Banking group. This role is a part of Chase's Card Services organization, where you will collaborate closely with the Consumer & Community Banking Strategy, Corporate Development, Legal, Communications & Card business teams to maximize value from the bank's payment network relationships. **Job responsibilities** + Support initiatives focusing on diverse problems for Chase's relationship with payment network partners + Gather, synthetize, analyze and present data & findings + Collaborate effectively with CCB's strategy, finance, corporate development, legal, & communications teams to support Chase's network initiatives + Simultaneously work on a handful of projects that can vary in length from 6 weeks to 6 months + Manage external partner relationships with key network partners This is a great opportunity for a candidate with former finance or consulting experience looking to dive deeper into Card Services and Payment Systems. **Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills** + 5+ years of experience in strategy, business development, partnerships or finance + Genuine interest in payment systems, including the regulations impacting issuers, networks, & acquirers + Highly adaptable with an ability to multi-task, prioritize and escalate appropriately in a fast-paced environment + Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills - the ability to convey complex information simply and clearly to senior business leaders + Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel Skills, including storytelling in PowerPoint + Financial modelling experience, including scenario assessment **Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills** + Interest in regulatory changes & contract negotiations + Work in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed environment requiring flexibility and the ability to manage multiple, high priority projects concurrently + Work independently, drive project deliverables, ability to build relationships across all levels, and influence key stakeholders + Be results-oriented, intellectually curious with attention to detail and bias towards action + Be able to interview subject matter experts, compile large amounts of information, and communicate research to senior leadership in multiple formats + Credit Card and a Consulting background preferred Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
