Responsibilities The Opportunity PepsiCo Foods North America S&T Network Infrastructure Delivery Lead, this role is responsible for end-to-end Network delivery, refresh, and innovation of PFNA/PBNA and shared service locations in the US and Canada and all Canadian Frito-Lay locations. This work includes network infrastructure design and delivery using PepsiCo engineering and Security standards. This role is responsible for business relationships between the PepsiCo Frito-Lay, Beverages, Quaker Oats, and Corporate Function business teams with a focus on identifying new business requirements and preparing for strategic growth supporting our business. This role is responsible for ~$13MM in annual investment across the 4 sectors and ~50 sites annually. Team management, program management, vendor management and financial management are a part of the day-to-day responsibilities for this role. Responsibilities: Delivery of 2-3 large annual network programs i.e. full site network refresh (WAN, LAN, WLAN) of 30-50 sites annually, delivery 5-10 out of cycle programs enabling business strategic growth. Consult with business on new technology requirements and partner with PepsiCo Engineering and Security to align on standards for deployment. Directly accountable for managing ~$13MM annual invest (estimating, planning, forecasting, PO approval and capitalization reporting). Partner with PepsiCo IT towers on standards, requirements and innovation. Manage a complex team of project managers, change coordinators, financial analyst and multiple 3rd party vendors. Write, manage and refine complex statements of work. Write and execute complex request for proposal and partner with PepsiCo procurement on selection process. Manage day to day escalations critical to keeping projects on track. Technical Qualifications: 10+ years of IT infrastructure experience 5+ years of experience delivering infrastructure services (Network, Compute, Voice, Database, Unified Communications) 2+ years delivering complex end to end infrastructure programs (encompassing multiple it towers) Experience driving innovation and developing long term strategies 2+ years reporting tools i.e. Tableau, Power BI, etc. CCNA or equivalent Experience in Cisco, Avaya voice as well as unified communication solutions like Teams Cloud Compute Network Certifications (desired skill) 5+ years project management PLM certifications a plus Non-Technical and Soft skills: 5+ years managing IT Finances (forecasting, planning) 2+ years managing end to end IT financials (annual investment planning, complex project financial management, PO review, invoicing review, understanding of capitalization of assets) Excellent English based written and verbal skills 5+ years vendor management Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business management or equivalent Experience working in a global IT market Excellent English written and verbal skills If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
