A Senior Associate Network Engineer is a developing technical professional responsible for leveraging their networking skills and experience to support, design, and optimise greenway’s network infrastructure. This role works closely with network engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure the stability, security, and performance of the network environment. This role represents a progression from a Network Engineer, requiring a higher level of expertise and responsibilities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Familiarity with network hardware (e.g., routers, switches). perform End to End monitoring of the entire Network infrastructure suing tools and working under supervision to resolve the issues Understanding & troubleshooting the issues raised by customer and resolving issues within the SLA. Creating a change request for the new policy creation/deletion/modification in Palo alto firewall and getting it approved through the CAB. Strong problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and adapt. Good communication skills.
