Position Overview:
As a Network & Security Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of the organization's network infrastructure. You will be working closely with the Network Architect and other IT professionals to ensure that the network architecture aligns with business objectives. Your technical expertise and knowledge of network protocols and technologies will be critical in providing guidance to the IT engineering teams
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement complex network solutions to meet business needs. Configure and maintain network hardware, including switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers.Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues, ensuring optimal network performance and availability.Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and users at various levels within the organization.Manage network security, including firewalls, VPN, and access controls.Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of the network and its integration with other systems.Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies, trends, and best practices.Provide expert guidance to the engineering teamsMust analyse existing legacy network to ensure that it provide the necessary security, assuring these should meet the needs of the organization and that the overall system performance meets client expectations.Authority:

Skills & Experience:
At least 5 years of multivendor network/security hands on experienceKnowledge with multivendor network designKnowledge on WiFi network solution design and implementationKnowledge of network security, including firewalls, VPN, and access controls.Knowledge on network automation and IaC concepts will be a plusSelf-responsible, structured, and solution-oriented workingVery good communication skills, strong planning and organizational skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Strong research skills to build information to deliver new projects and solve issuesQualifications/Education:
