Network Enablement Lead
SAP consultants acquire industry, application, and technical knowledge and use it to help SAP customers achieve their most ambitious business goals. The Network Services team within SAP is looking for a skilled Consultant to serve the title of Network Enablement Lead. The Network Enablement Lead will guide and manage customers though the process of enabling their suppliers on the SAP Business Network, striving for high adoption and compliance to reach their goals and objectives.
About Our Ideal Candidate:
The Network Enablement Lead will:
Independently manage buyer customers specific to the supplier enablement workstream. Ensure internal and customer teams have appropriate resources to support different project phases including deployment, network growth and business as usual. Build and manage any appropriate project plans to ensure work is complete and on time. Focus on driving activity with the customer that creates maximum benefit for both buyers and suppliers. Demonstrates the ability to effectively manage difficult projects with multiple solutions under demanding conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Builds relationships with external parties such as customers and suppliers at all levels. Has ultimate responsibility for managing customer projects for execution of supplier enablement services and functions including enablement strategy when needed, onboarding suppliers to the SAP Business Network, catalog enablement oversight, supplier integration oversight and ensuring customers are trained and prepared to manage the day-to-day operations of their solution. Responsible for possessing expertise in SAP's best practices and guiding customers to adopt and implement them effectively. Responsible for understanding the customers key business drivers to ensure all plans and execution drive towards customer goals. Accountable for monitoring solution adoption and acting where needed to ensure customer goals and objectives are achieved. Responsible for understanding the customer's business landscape to identify additional opportunities for enhancing network throughput. Prepares and delivers weekly updates along with any analyses regarding risks, best practices, project plans, results, etc. Understands and complies with work instructions, process documents, technology and tools required within the department. Leverages prior Project Management and technical expertise. Able to quickly identify risks and opportunities in the project and work with a high degree of autonomy to address them. Adept at appropriately escalating issues within and across teams both internally and customer facing. Act as oversight for resources within other groups to ensure timely delivery of tasks that impact supplier enablement services directly. Responsible for customer satisfaction regarding the supplier enablement workstream, which is measured by voice of the customer surveys and direct feedback from customers. Effectively manage daily tasks and responsibilities, prioritizing them based on opportunities and potential risks.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with customer management, both internal & external. Experience preparing and delivering data analyses and presenting findings. Experience with continuous process improvement efforts. Experience managing multiple projects at once. Experience in building and nurturing internal and external relationships. Experience in supply chain management principals and processes. Experience in logistics and transportation management within the supply chain process.
Preferred Knowledge:
PMP Certification Understanding of standard operational business metrics. Understanding of SAP solution landscape within the SAP Business Network, S/4 ERP functions, SLP, Invoice Management, B&I and/or Commerce Automation. Understand of procurement processes specific to process flow and document type. Knowledge of business financial/treasury practices specific to invoice, remittance, and payment processes.
Basic Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications 2-5 years of Procurement and/or AP Experience 2-5 years of Enterprise Business Applications Experience 2-5 years of Project Management Experience Open to domestic travel, up to 15%

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 70,900 - 159,900 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
