Network Country Officer

The Role 
 

The Network Country Officer position is a highly collaborative role with a strong focus on client service across multiple industry segments. As a specialist in dedicated business lines, the role is deeply engaged in the Industry Working Group approach and professional networking. This position requires managing all day-to-day broking and client service activities, while also supporting Senior Brokers and Regional Leaders on the most complex accounts. The role also involves developing services through professional advice, driving innovation to enhance sales for both local and international clients. 
 

Coordinating IWG and professional partnerships. Driving innovation in services and market products. Conducting proactive cross-sales actions. Stimulating revenue growth and achieving business objectives by placing new and renewal business, improving retention rates, managing commission structures, and leveraging group resources. Ensuring adequacy of coverage and securing competitive rates for clients and prospects. Negotiating terms for accounts and providing property expertise for hard-to-place risks. Advising Client Advocates and the Production Team on coverage and program design. Providing market and product knowledge to Client Advocates and Producers. Preparing submission/coverage specifications and submitting proposals to carriers for quotes. Reviewing carrier quotes and negotiating optimal programs for clients, including coverage comparisons. Communicating with Client Advocates and the Production Team to provide recommendations for program improvements. Preparing and finalizing Carrier and Client quotes and coverage confirmations to ensure contract certainty. Acting as a technical resource for junior placement brokers. Ensuring proper usage of broking systems. Adhering to WTW compliance and broking guidelines. Identifying and capitalizing on cross-selling business opportunities. Managing the CRM system effectively. Supporting other lines of business as needed for collaboration.
 

The Requirements 

Insurance broker’s license required5+ years’ experience and technical knowledge of insurance contracts/structureBachelor’s degreeStrong presentation and communication skills in English and ArabicKnowledge and understanding of global marketplaceCompliance and quality management expertiseComputer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OutlookSupport nationally based relationships with carriers and clients
