Job Description

The Network Integrations Team for Accounts in Visa Direct is responsible for the seamless integration of Visa Direct services with various financial institutions and payment network partners. We enable cross-border payments across the world ensuring that Visa Direct’s capabilities are effectively deployed, maintained, and optimized to facilitate quick, secure and reliable transactions.

This is a Business Analyst role focusing on supporting and completing key service integration activities, gathering and interpreting business requirements and identifying and building improvements to Visa’s cross border network offering.

What we expect of you, day to day

Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders (e.g. Product, Engineering, and Operations teams) and external partners to gather, clarify, and communicate business requirementsAnalyse partner specifications and data mapping across various wallet partners, contributing to API service design and assess their impact on business processesIdentify and document key requirements for integrating new partners, enabling our operations team to manage the product effectively, while ensuring a seamless client experienceDevelop solution documentation based on partner workshops during the build phase to facilitate business operations post-launchCollaborate to set standards and improve data practices across Visa Direct and refine requirements for Payment Network partner integrationsPresent complex and critical network feature demos to relevant Visa Direct stakeholders during sprint demosDrive the standardisation of business and integration analysis across multiple markets and countriesEngage in agile/scaled agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups while supporting product owners with backlog refinement

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

QualificationsProven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, fintech, or payment solutions industriesYou have demonstrable experience across multiple systems and project types within the financial services / payments industry, ideally in cross border payments, with a good understanding of payment message standards and rules, payment schemes incl. mobile wallets, payment processing technologies and regulationsYou have good technical understanding of web applications and APIs including swagger, XML, JSON schemas, to help the team integrate with other providers and to design our technical system in the best way.Proven experience working in an Agile methodology environment (e.g. SCRUM, DSDM, Lean/Kanban) and ideally scaled agile methodologyGood technical understanding of web applications and APIsGreat intellectual agility and attention to detailExperience with Jira Confluence toolStrong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skillsStrong problem-solving skills to address data-related issues and optimize data processes.
