Responsibilities Support 5,000+ customers using Video Assisted Meetings via the Zoom Platform, MS Teams, WebEx, GVS Classified VTCs, and presentation only meetings.Must be able to operate live multifunction events with the use of camera controllers, audio mixers, lighting panels, TelePrompter, have a basic understanding of event production and calendar scheduling.Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting for 60+ Audio Visual enabled facilities and conduct routine operations checks and maintenance.Create and provision session dial-ins and public rooms, and maintain a database of dial-in credentials for local and far end participants.Communicate to customer base and GSUs about upcoming changes, troubleshooting, restricted unavailability periods, and advisory updates.Research, evaluate, test and make recommendations for emerging teleconferencing technologies to the customer.Update and test videoconferencing audiovisual equipment (videoconferencing bridges, video conferencing codes, multimedia, audiovisual, projection systems, displays, cameras, microphones, integrated A/V systems, streaming technologies)Conduct trouble call record keeping and routing functions on Remedy or similar ticketing applications. Qualifications Past experience with the configuration and operation of VTC Codes (e.g. Tandberg, Polycom, preferably CISCO)Ability to troubleshoot multimedia room integrated appliances to include, A/V device configuration, projectors, monitors, microphones, PTX/Precision 60 video camera, digital white-boards/annotation devices, integrated audio-conferencing digital sound processors, etc.Knowledge and experience in the use of room control systems such as AMX, Extron, preferably Crestron.Familiarity and experience with the following technologies: Crestron Advanced Control Processor AV3, CODECs such as: C-40, SX-80, Cisco CODEC Pro, Digital Signal Processing (Frame Sync/Converters/Color Correction/TBC), Crestron DMPS Media Switcher 8x8 and 16x16, Crestron DM Processor, Freeport Switch, Market Central Switch, Trednet converters, End to end networking concepts, Tesira Bi-Amp, Crown amps, APC and Mid Atlantic UPS Products, KG-175 TACLANE and COMSEC handling concepts, multi-channel A/V monitoring, A/V routing-switching (Extron, AMX, Crestron preferred), standalone video recorders (hard drive/SSD, Blu-Ray), Microphone and sound theory, A/V networking Crestron Wall Adaptor Plates, A/V distribution amplifiers, Fiber MUX/DeMUX, SD/HD eventually 4k video environments, Vaddio Camera Controllers, Contemporary Research Cable Set-top box, Furman Power Conditioners, Crestron Scalers and Transmitters, lighting control panels, Crestron BTP-902-BTP sound-bar, camera, speaker system, capture cards, craftsman basic tool employment skills.Knowledge of troubleshooting common desktop problems (Security+ is a preferable, company will furnish ability to attain certification.The successful candidate must have unparalleled customer service skills, must be punctual, agreeable personality, and a team player.Must be able to attain and maintain an active SECRET security clearance.
