Job Summary
The Network Administrator manages the day-to-day operations of network systems, ensuring network performance, availability, and security. This position maintains and supports networking hardware and software, requiring a proficient understanding of networking protocols, tools, and best practices. The Network Administrator ensures proper computer operations so that end users can accomplish organizational tasks.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science required Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. 0-2 years of experience in networking required 2-4 years of experience as a Network Administrator or similar role preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge and understanding of security risk management, IT security, and infrastructure. Knowledge of network LAN/WAN and data communication systems. Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills, and proven interpersonal skills. Ability to work in an analytical and objective manner with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and complete tasks and project assignments in a timely manner. Knowledge of network, system, and application security. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Can support basic and more advanced networking issues independently. Ability to troubleshoot customer issues. Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work with and through people at all levels in the organization.Licenses and Certifications
CCDA - Cisco Certified Design Associate Network Essential certification preferred
