We are an Equal Opportunity employer, including veterans and individuals with disabilities. **Who We Are** The Johnson Laboratory (http://www.johnsonlaboraotry.com) is scientific lab in the world-recognized University of Colorado. **What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be** + The primary responsibilities of the selected individual will be to perform necropsies on a wide range of amphibian species to identify and quantify macro-parasite infections. + This will include (1) isolation of macro-parasites for molecular and morphological vouchers and abundance, and (2) use of microscopic imaging techniques to identify and document parasites in situ. + Finally, the individual will be expected to assist with daily management of the laboratory including husbandry of live amphibians, fishes, and snails, and data entry and data clean up. **What You Should Know** This position is temporary and will require between 24-35 hours per week. Its unlikely 40 hours will be needed for this position.
