What this job involves:

We are seeking a dedicated and personable individual to join our team as a National Training Suites Coordinator, focusing on concierge and reception duties. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exemplary front of house experience for our esteemed client Home Affairs. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a prestigious organization and showcase your exceptional customer service skills.

This is a fixed-term contract until end of June 2025. 

A snapshot of the role:

Undertake concierge and receptionist duties, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.Coordinate activities with various JLL organizational units to ensure seamless operations.Maintain attendance records and rosters in compliance with organizational policies.Adhere to and promote the organization's health and safety policies and procedures.Oversee the delivery of client service standards, adhering to policy and industry benchmarks.Develop and nurture networks and collaborative partnerships with clients, staff, and management.Attend meetings as a representative of the organization, maintaining confidentiality as required.Assist the manager with additional tasks and participate in quality reviews and training sessions as needed.Familiarize yourself with relevant building-specific Standard Operating ProceduresStay up to date with Home Affairs and JLL history and business objectives.

Preferred experience in a hospitality/hotel environment or office reception/concierge roleExcellent phone skills, including experience with multiple-line phone systemsProficiency in Microsoft Suite of Applications

This role is subject to Commonwealth Government Security vetting processes where you must be an Australian Citizen in order to conduct this check.
