A Day in the Life: ·        Process and organize a high volume of reports. ·        Review and communicate with appropriate branch personnel regarding information required to compile customer reports, invoicing, and quotes. ·        Produce detailed written reports on our findings and recommendations and forward to customers.·        Maintain and update customer database for each local branch.·        Use of web-based technology to obtain our field service technicians’ data.·        Respond to local branch inquiries in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.·        Work closely with local branch personnel and departments to satisfy customer requirements.·        When required, follow up on outstanding quotations with customers via telephone and emails.·        Provide operational support to the local branches as it pertains to your role.·        Other administrative duties as required by the team.
What you bring: ·        Ability to follow process-driven tasks with meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills. ·        Ability to follow specific processes.·        Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal essential.·        Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet pressing deadlines.·        Ability to work independently, as well as in a team-based environment.·        Ability to make decisions based on your training.·        Ability to take initiative.·        Proficient computer skills in Windows based software. ·        Advanced typing skills. ·        Strong organizational skills. ·        Ability to collaborate in team meetings. ·        Strong demand for the English language, both written and verbal.·        Previous experience in a Customer Service role is considered an asset. ·        Previous experience in the roofing industry is considered an asset. ·        Advanced Microsoft Office skills (mainly Word and Outlook)Flynn Group of Companies is the leading trade contractor in North America that works on virtually every aspect of a building’s outer layer, including Roofing, Glazing, Waterproofing, and Architectural Metals.
