Are you ready to take on a senior leadership role within our Sea Logistics team? As the National Sea Logistics Revenue Care Manager, you'll drive pricing strategies, maximize revenue opportunities, and lead a talented team toward achieving market-leading results in alignment with our Vision 2030 objectives.
**Your Role**
As the National Sea Logistics Revenue Care Manager, you will oversee the strategic and operational pricing activities to ensure profitability and growth. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll lead a dedicated team in delivering optimal pricing solutions and building customer-centric strategies.
**Your Responsibilities**
+ Lead and develop the Country Pricing Teams, identifying and empowering talent to achieve excellence.
+ Develop and execute pricing strategies at trade-lane, client, and national levels to maximize revenue.
+ Drive gross profit yield improvement plans across the customer portfolio and optimize allocations.
+ Collaborate with sales and trade management teams to align pricing with business and customer needs.
+ Ensure compliance with global pricing strategies, systems, and trade regulations.
+ Monitor and analyze sea logistics market trends to provide actionable insights and updates.
+ Act as a subject matter expert in client meetings, RFQs, and pricing negotiations to secure business.
+ Maintain and update local tariffs and databases, ensuring accurate and effective pricing processes.
**Your Skills and Experiences**
+ Proven leadership experience, preferably in Sea Logistics or a related field.
+ Strong analytical skills and expertise in freight forwarding (import/export, LCL/FCL).
+ Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and pricing systems.
+ Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder management.
+ Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-impact results.
+ Fluency in English; a second relevant language is advantageous.
