National Sales Coordinator, Affinity Channel

In this key role, you'll provide essential administrative and sales support, helping us meet our business development goals and sales targets. You'll collaborate closely with our team and the advisors we support, and your work will make a real impact. **Position Responsibilities:** + **Administrative Duties** : + Maintain the Salesforce CRM for accuracy, process invoices, manage expenses, and handle the general inbox and phone queue. Support new hires with onboarding and coordinate promotional items and travel logistics. + **Sales and Marketing Support** : + Manage the CE credit process, track promotional campaigns, collaborate with Marketing to send targeted emails, host virtual seminars, and enhance the Affinity Elite Advisor experience. + **Reporting and Analytics** : + Conduct inside sales reporting, manage recognition and activity reports, distribute sales reports, and collaborate with Business Analytics for data manipulation and reporting needs. + **Advisor Meetings and Events** : + Plan and execute logistics for meetings/events, manage presentations and follow-ups, distribute marketing materials, and organize promotional activities. + **Team and Partner Coordination** : + Represent Affinity in meetings, plan team agendas, track action items, hold partners accountable, manage the Wholesaler Effectiveness Survey, and oversee phone queue management for inside sales. **Required Qualifications:** + Post-secondary education or equivalent experience + Expect occasional travel for training, meetings, and events. + Proficiency with digital tools like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce. + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building relationships at all levels. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Excellent organizational and time management skills. + Detail-oriented with a talent for preparing and analyzing reports. + Discretion and tact in handling sensitive information. + Experience in financial services is a plus. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **When you join our team:** + We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want. + We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words. + As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see. **\#LI-HYBRID** **About Manulife and John Hancock** Manulife Financial Corporation is a leading international financial services provider, helping people make their decisions easier and lives better.
