National Sales and Merchandise Manager - Wholesale
Key Responsibilities: Cultivate strong relationships with wholesale clients and key retailers Spearhead national sales growth and oversee product merchandising strategies at a national level Ensure optimal stock levels and minimize overstocks or stockouts Create impactful sales plans and promotional campaigns Coach and develop a high-performing team Build and maintain a strong professional network within the industry Coordinate with supply chain teams for timely product delivery Deliver clear reports to stakeholders and executives What is required? 5 years national sales / key accounts experience - Wholesale and Merchandise experience Experience in managing and motivating regional sales teams, ensuring alignment with national goals Strong sales record (sell in and sell through)  Results-oriented with a strategic mindset, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the wholesale industry Track record of achievement of sales targets and expansion of the wholesale network Skilled in analysing market trends, identifying opportunities, and understanding competitive landscapes Strong negotiation capabilities for managing supplier agreements and client deals Knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, and product allocation strategies Familiarity with CRM software, ERP systems, and merchandising tools Apply: [email protected]
