We are currently seeking an experienced marketer to join our talented and dynamic team in the role of National Marketing Manager - Animal Health & Merchandise.
This exciting and fast paced role is central to much of what we do from a marketing perspective, with accountability for development and implementation of marketing plans across a portfolio of supplier brands and products along with our own proprietary brands. You will partner with the National Procurement Manager and Regional Category Managers to identify and prioritise opportunities to enable the Animal Health and Merchandise business plan with marketing activity.
This role is the face of marketing within the Animal Health and Merchandise Category and will develop a deep category expertise that enables strong commercial outcomes for Nutrien and our suppliers.

Outstanding stakeholder management skills with proven track record of managing senior stakeholders Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a matrix team Marketing campaign management experience and an understanding of Digital Marketing Previous Retail Marketing experience would be highly valued – across a large range of SKUs and categories. Outcome driven and analytical, with a persistent focus on leveraging data & opportunities to drive customer and business value. Creative problem solver Some experience using MarTech tools, including ad platforms and email marketing tools. Experience using modern workplace tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Monday/ Trello, Canva) Agricultural experience/ understanding of the Animal Health and Merchandise Category (in any form) not required but very beneficial.
