Become a **maker of possible** with us. **National Insight Consultant-Infusion** **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced and dynamic National Insight Consultant-Infusion to join our team. This consultant will conduct data analysis to drive the adoption and optimization of MMS products. The successful candidate will be responsible for data-driven insights across the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) product portfolio, specifically aligned with the top 50 IDNs. The National Insight Consultant-Infusion will be part of the Clinical Customer Success (CCSO) organization. **Key Responsibilities:** + Serve as a consultant to our most strategic customers, providing proactive insights to achieve clinical, financial, and operational outcomes with our Alaris solutions. + Translate success in key performance indicators and other outcomes to value realization with the customer. + Maintain deep domain and product expertise in the Alaris suite of products and understand how to use the data to drive improvements with hospital key stakeholders. + Educate and lead the customer experience related to integrated data analytics, including: + Participating in Data Workshops. + Creating and maintaining relevant and current presentations for customer evaluations. + Providing remote education for Integrated Solutions. + Participating in customer business reviews. + Providing product demonstrations as needed (MSA, IKP). + Work remotely with customers and occasionally travel to customer locations for in-person engagements. + Collaborate with the Account Team and Clinical Solutions Consultants in National Strategic Accounts to improve workflow and optimize the current suite of products. + Work with internal and external teams to establish/schedule support for education and data analytics-related activities. + Facilitate the customer experience to manage, understand, and use clinical data to promote the business growth of clinical analytics and the business unit. + Improve medication safety and optimize installed BD products/systems. + Address practice questions about the use and functionality of implemented BD Alaris systems. + Coordinate communication flow for both internal and external teams and customers. Manage customer issues, customer requests, and coordinate resolutions with outcomes. + Assist marketing product managers with marketplace surveillance, customer needs, and future product development. + Participate in internal data development teams for integrated solutions related to changes in device technology. + Participate in team meetings, representing the CIDC team for groups such as Sales, CSEs, Marketing, and R&D. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in nursing or pharmacy, or equivalent work experience. + Expertise in nursing and/or pharmacy workflow. + A consultant with the ability to successfully transform raw data into actionable insights that directly enhance customer value. + Three or more years in a healthcare environment with technical (systems) involvement and computerized system applications. + Expertise in Infusion software technology expected, including: + BD Knowledge Portal for Infusion Technology (IKP) + BD Alaris™ System + BD HealthSight Medication Safety Analytics + Strong communication skills and project management abilities. + Self-directed with independent initiatives. + Excellent leadership attributes and presentation skills. + Ability to interface at all levels of the organization within and outside of the company. + Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills required. + Demonstrated project and team management experience in a field setting. + Process improvement methodology knowledge preferable. + Ability to travel 25-50% of the time is required.
