Qualifications and Requirements:
Education & Experience: Relevant degree or diploma in business or operations, with at least 5 years of experience in team management and customer service. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations. Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and report generation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Leadership & Management: Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, provide constructive feedback, and meet deadlines. Personal Attributes: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Energetic, dynamic, and results oriented. Additional Requirements: Valid driver’s license (if required), flexibility in working hours, and industry-specific experience is preferred.
