The National Administration Manager oversees multiple general administrative strategic tactical and/or operational areas including but not limited to functions such as Administration Business operations Financial Digital content delivery control and multiple other services essential to the overall operation of outlets Serve as strategic partners to the outlets the attainment of organizational goals by planning organizing and leading multiple functional areas The position ensures management and employees are in compliance with the rules and regulations of the business from an administration perspective and that all company policies and procedures are being followed and that behavior in the organization meets the companys Standards of Conduct

Key Performance Areas
Lead and Develop people
Ensure that all regional managers are being coached and developed against their KPIs
Encourage and guide teams against key performance areas
Track and manage the teams to perform against set targets and expectations
Develop a team that is aligned to the company culture
Have the ability to influence and guide teams to be flexible and adapt to business changes and developments effectively and with the correct level of quality

Risk and Compliance Management for the Business
Ensure that the administration managers at store level understands the business strategy
Liaise with the relevant management team on Operational Plans processes and performance standards
Ensure that store administration managers take ownership and accountability for maintaining quality standards service and desired outputs within interrelated functional areas of responsibility
Manage and execute effective implementation of all SOPs Compliance operations plans catering marketing sales etc check lists quick reference guides and performance management
Continuously enforcing standards and rules to understand the impact of noncompliance on the Region Area Complex customers and work colleagues
Conduct regular outlet checks/ Management By Walk About to confirm adherence to standards
Proactively identify problems troubleshoot and apply solutions in line with guidelines provided or escalate more complex problems providing information required to solve and prevent problems
Gather relevant information for written reports for review or feedback of work
Compile written Audits and progress reports weekly

Financial & Stock Administration
Monitoring and reporting on all operational / financial procedures between head office and retail outlets
Assist the HO administration team manage and resolve all invoicing and accounting discrepancies
Monitor that all outlets are adhering to the SAP PO process
Manage and oversee the voucher process between HO and outlets
Review P&L and report on abnormalities relating to both budget and actual spend
Overseeing the monthly reconciliation of accounts ensure that suppliers adhere to our standard operating procedures
Oversee internal controls and adherence to policies and procedures
Manage and resolve outlet related nondeliveries of all stock

Stakeholder Management
Conduct weekly admin management meetings with relevant stakeholders at complex
Monitor the functionality of all equipment and liaise with Maintenance officer to obtain timelines for repairs related to risk areas
Monitor and Manage enforcement of industry standards

Customer Experience
Drive customer experience and relations in line with quality and performance standards
Analyse and report on customer experience feedback to establish levels of customer service and proactively determine areas of improvement
Implement continuous improvements in customer service

Digital Content Management
The National Administration Manager will be required to ensure that all admin staff at outlets receives and sign for USB sticks delivered to them
To ensure that all admin staff receive and sign for all Foyer branding they receive
Management and control of inventory

Requirements
5 years management experience relevant
2 to 3 years experience with managing large teams regionally
Matric/ Grade 12
Diploma in Business Management is preferable
MS Office Suite Basic
SAP experience will be advantageous
Excellent Verbal and written communication
Excellent administration & Organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Analytical
