National Accounts Program Manager

Position Summary:
The National Account Program Manager is responsible for managing Programs which are defined as associations, member-based groups and franchise channels. This role is responsible for managing these national account contracts, managing the business relationships with key stakeholders at the corporate level, acting as a mentor and trainer to the ALLDATA sales force, developing marketing strategies to drive Program growth, attend tradeshows and engage in speakerships to drive leads for the ALLDATA sales force.
Position Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned:
· Negotiate and retain contracts at the corporate level (C-suite).
· Strong relationship management at the corporate level.
· Drive revenue growth for each Program through effective marketing, collaboration with Program management, and effective communication with ALLDATA sales force.
· Analyze customer data and patterns to identify growth opportunities and communicate to the ALLDATA sales force, as well as the Programs key stakeholders.
· Represent ALLDATA at major industry and trade show events as necessary and engage in speakerships.
· Participate as an active member of ALLDATA’s National Accounts and Sales Team and contribute to our culture of customer retention success.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and finance to ensure that customer issues are addressed and resolved timely.
· Ongoing evaluation of competitor offerings to identify risks and account strategy.
· Conduct business reviews with Program executive management to identify revenue opportunities.
· Have a strong working relationship with AutoZone’s National Account Team, collaborating on strategic initiatives.
· Visit customers regularly to maintain and grow business relationships.
· Respond to and submit Request For Proposals (RFP) when necessary.
Position Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field or a combination of education and/or experience
· Minimum of 5 -7 years’ experience with account management
· Large customer account management experience a plus
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Dynamics CRM
· Ability to work collaboratively with other functions to ensure customer retention.
· Outstanding communication and listening skills with ability to communicate and comprehend positions and interests, manage conflict, develop alternatives, and compromise appropriately
· Self-motivated with strong work ethics, excellent organizational, time management skills
· Ability to maintain a professional demeanor with customers and colleagues
· Automotive knowledge is a plus
· North America travel is required, estimated 25-50% annually
