**** **About the role:**
The **National Account Coordinator** plays a key role in supporting the National Accounts team in managing customer relationships, executing account plans, and ensuring seamless coordination of commercial initiatives for Diageo’s Non-Alcoholic Beverage (DNAB) portfolio. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and a passion for customer engagement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Support the National Accounts team in managing relationships with key customers and distributor partners.
+ Assist in executing national account strategies to drive brand presence and sales growth.
+ Coordinate the implementation of account-specific programs and promotional initiatives.
+ Work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on account strategies.
+ Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for national accounts, providing reports and insights.
+ Assist in preparing presentations and sales materials for customer meetings.
+ Maintain accurate records of agreements, contracts, and promotional activities.
+ Support the team in tracking budgets and financials related to national account initiatives.
+ Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
**Experience / Skills required:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
+ 1-3 years of experience in sales support, national accounts, or a related role within FMCG or the beverage industry.
+ Experience working with retail, foodservice, or on-premise accounts is a plus.
**Skills & Competencies:**
+ Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reporting and execution.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
+ Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present insights.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Willingness to travel as needed and adapt to changing priorities.
