The National Account Executive for Mammotome is responsible for develops and leads strategic selling initiatives in collaboration with the field selling teams and cross-functional resources related to business opportunities within targeted accounts and organizations.
This position is part of the Field Sales organization and will be fully remote. While there is a not a specific location for this position, we are hiring two roles that will cover the full US geography, so time zones may be taken into account as we select final candidates. You will be a part of the field sales organization and report to the VP North American Sales and Global Service & Commercial Marketing responsible builds high level customer relationships with the highest decision makers/influencers both clinical and economic within targeted IDNs. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Achieve sales growth within targeted National accounts and IDN’s.
+ Develop and present unique selling proposition to key clinical and health system stakeholders to gain wide and deep penetration with the most senior clinical decision makers.
+ Understand customer clinical and economic needs and establishes specific business plans and solutions that meet those needs (short and long term) while driving business objectives to meet customers’ needs in line with Mammotome’s margin targets.
+ Collaboratively develop IDN strategy for targeted accounts to communicate Mammotome’s value proposition and maximize the field sales team impact, shorten the sales cycle, and create a winning sales strategy and meet deliverables.
+ Oversee the development, maintenance, amendments and renewal of assigned IDN contracts inclusive of drafting new agreements to protect and expand the Mammotome business within targeted IDNs.
+ Seek regional team member input to create a winning sales strategy, communicate the strategy to all team members, assign tactics to team members to execute on the strategy, host regular team conference calls to update on sales campaign and team deliverables.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ BA/BS degree required
+ Minimum 5+ years of increasingly complex model selling sales experience. Medical device experience necessary.
+ Understanding of clinical trends in the industry and is a clinical expert in Mammotome product portfolio with the ability to position our products against competition within the market.
+ Demonstrated experience producing well-developed business plans with a maintained funnel for sustained opportunities and effective strategic call plans.
+ Demonstrated experience effectively selling the value proposition including proactively cultivating competitive opportunities and clinical relationships that result in converted business and as well as identifying and defending competitive threats.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
+ 60% travel primarily domestic with overnight trips required
+ Occasional weekend trips to conferences and meetings
+ Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $150,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
