National Account Director


Job Description- National Accounts Director (ASD)

Location: Remote 
Department: Key Accounts 
Reports To: Kerry ramirez 

Position Overview:
The National Account Sales Director will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value accounts within the Aftermarket division. This role will focus on both Top Revenue Accounts ($100K+ ACV or 20+ rooftops) and key accounts within the Top 150 Group, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Top Revenue Accounts and Top 150 Group accounts.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Sales Growth:

Identify and pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

Drive new business development by prospecting and securing net new accounts, focusing on those with 50+ locations.

Strategic Planning:

Create and execute account plans that align with company objectives and maximize revenue potential leveraging our Salesforce CRM Pipeline Management SOP.

Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategic initiatives.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the Aftermarket National Account team and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Coordinate with marketing and product teams to leverage promotional opportunities and drive account engagement.

Performance Tracking:

Manage and utilize account performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.

Manage and create pipeline and reports to track progress against goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in SaaS, C Suite, or National Account sales, preferably within the aftermarket or automotive industry.

Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and achieving sales targets.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

Willingness and ability to manage company CRM against daily metrics, and proven ability to build and manage pipelines.

Ability to travel 75% of the time.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving growth.
