Our Expert Consulting Track
The Expert Consulting Track (ECT) is vital to BCG’s ability to successfully meet our clients’ demand for deep expertise and advanced technical capabilities. Experts deliver next-level impact for BCG's most complex and cutting-edge client challenges. Experts focus on developing BCG's thought leadership, commercial capabilities, and intellectual property assets; and their work is essential to our delivery model. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to bring the ‘best of BCG’ to our clients, Experts come from diverse backgrounds, with expertise often gained outside of BCG in industry, academia, or specialized consulting.
Our North America ECT Management Team
The North America (NAMR) ECT Management Team, under the leadership of the NAMR ECT Chair and the NAMR ECT Business Management Senior Director, drive the business and people operations for the Expert Consulting Track in the region.
What You'll Do
Staffing is a business-critical function at the heart of what we do at BCG. The function’s main task is to allocate Experts on client cases. The NAMR Expert Consulting Track Operations Senior Specialist supports Experts staffing team and the Business Management Senior Director to ensure the best possible allocation and utilization of office resources. The position is temporary until December 2025.
You will strive for excellence in all staffing processes towards internal staff and the senior Partner group. You will be a member of the broader NAMR ECT Management Team, attending and actively contributing to regular weekly operations calls. Furthermore, key tasks include:
Review and approve/reject ECT timesheet adjustment requestsSupport ECT Staffers with managing ECT staffing confirmations in our staffing toolOwn ECT leakage review process, liaising with ECT Staffers to address billing gapsOther ECT-related activities as capacity allowsWhat You'll Bring
