NAEM Market Representation Ford Champ

As a NAEM Market Representation Ford Champ, you will be responsible of:

Creating and adapting training materials for NAEM Dealers (based on the training matrix and materials from USA) for the Ford University platform. Generating weekly OneCX reports for NAEM Dealers.

What will you need:

Active student from the last 4 semesters of Marketing or Industrial Engineer. Proficient in the English language (Oral, reading, writing and listening). Excellent writing, design, and spelling skills. Editing and proofreading skills to develop successful content that is easy to read, accurate, and free of typographical and spelling errors. Research skills to ensure the information included in the text is accurate and up to date. Strong time management and communication skills. Knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and computer science. Ability to program in languages such as Alteryx. Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases. Ability to manage, interpret, and effectively represent data through visual presentations, graphics, and other visual tools, such as maps, to simplify information analysis. Detect, filter, and eliminate errors in a database. Knowledge of statistics to identify analytical and statistical biases, as well as to identify algorithmic errors, base logic issues, and to determine and reduce margins of error. Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence. Ability to manage projects to enhance efficiency and productivity.

 

What will you do:

Project Ford University Content Management & OneCX Dealers Reports: Draft and edit content such as articles, videos, podcasts, technical documents, e-books, infographics, and other resources to inform and train the staff of NAEM Dealers. Research assigned topics to create training content for Dealer staff, which may include background research on products, experience, and target demographics. Integrate photographs, graphics, or videos to accompany the content. Optimize content for keywords that perform well in major search results. Assist in updating and maintaining the Ford University site platform. Proofread all content to comply with internal style guides, brand voice, and the NAEM region. Work with large amounts of data and extract useful business insights. Create specialized weekly reports for distribution to Dealers from the OneCX site. Provide support to Dealers in Ford University, including issues related to access, unlocking courses, and other related topics.
